Ok so for Secret Room #102: There are 2 possible criteria, not sure if alternative/cumulative/1st one might not matter:

- Having a Fortune Buff (or any buff??) seems to guarantee you'll get SR #102 when talking to the boat lady.
- Finishing quest 17 lowers the price, might also affect this? Not sure.

There should be another way, but this way works.

Is there any significance to the book in SR114. Can't find anything else in the room and all I can get Luciana to say is its intriguing.

You must heal the mermaid, then talk to the now-healed-mermaid exactly 3x.
