Well ... I guess that helps too ... I am also single and completely free - I don't even have pets to take care off cause I like my freedom.

I am curious if at the current moment you make all your money entirely from games and you don't have to do any additional work on something else.

I just do really hope that we will be able to use as a playable character Angelina the Wild, i do really like that savage.

I wish she wold also be more important in the plot, it would be a dream if she had dialogues.

But somehow i got the idea in the previous game that she is more a "playable character for battles" than a "playable plot-relevant character".

Meaning, she has little importance in the plot hence the lack of dialogues.

Also, will we ever get (a man can hope) as playable character the ungrateful cat-girl of the first game, the one we saved from the village of man-eaters people by being mean to her? I have always wondered what happened to her. Also, the 3 previous games had this cat-like race but no playable characters were from this race.

I think that these thoughts most likely will remain without answers, since most kind of answers will probably be spoilers...

Anyway, i wish Indinera best of luck in the development of the game!

As far as I remember, you can find the cat girl later in Laxius Force, she even remembers how you insulted her (if you insulted her so that she could leave the Namunama) and Random even brags about the insult were able to save her life. lol

But I don't remeber where you meet her.

You meet the cat girl in the transports on the way to Adretana. The one closer to mt. zulle. Anyways, Angelina was very good with the forests so I believe she will stay with the force and come with them to the forests of Indinera. It would be place close to her birth place. Why would she let go of such an opportunity to be closer to forests and its wildlife?

P. S She did start speaking somewhat complete sentences at the end of LF3.

Oh well I've been way too sidetracked these last two months, but trying for March.
On the plus side I made a bit of progress at the same time on LS, and finally decided on which engine to make it (MV, same as Forever Heroes - not too convinced by MZ, which I'm using for Night of the Stars).

I hope so. The battle system remains undecided. I'm tempted to go side-view, the same as Forever Heroes. But this is so not (historical) Laxius. Hmmm tough one this one.

How is the progress in Laxius Soul so far?

I've made maps and started filling up the database. Not really playable yet except the beginning.

I'm kind of on the edge with this one, especially when it took TEN years to even announce it, and was teased way back then. The problem is that these games get teased way too early, Little Hearts was teased several years ago but made it out, and Laxius Soul I'm betting was in development heck (teased way too early) and so was Legend, if anyone still cares about it.

We'll have to see. Considering that this game may not be on Steam (as 3 Stars of Destiny was the only Laxius game to get on Steam), we'll have to hope for the best that this could be worth it. FFXV took 10 years of development and restarted development twice, and was teased way back in 2006 as Versus XIII.

Personally, I like side view battles(as Aveyond was my first game). But side battles are definately not Laxius style. So yeah I don't recommend that system for Laxius.

Also I wonder if Wendala would like NOT showing her body on the battle screen?

Agreed but Forever Heroes kinda made me used to it. Not so easy to make a decision, then.

Finishing upcoming game Night of the Stars first

So Laxius Soul(managed to guess the name back then, was expecting either soul or spirit XD) is confirmed to be the finale of the saga, just as I hoped it would be, neat!

After over 20 years of waiting it will finally be time to finish the series I started all this time ago.

Will likely be waiting for the very last one to play from the very beginning of the saga, it will sure be a monumental effort... Just remembering the amount of stuff that you need to do in LP1 and the sheer amount of content in LP3 will surely be a beast to conquer yet another time!

Glad it's finally starting to end now, hopefully at least it won't make me regret waiting all this time for games beyond LP3 and wishing that I just ended there +::biggrin

Don't have too much hopes since LP3 was a product of love that was solely focused on, while now you are developing a lot of projects on the side, not to mention that for marketing reasons it can't be the same game we had back in the days, but oh well, one can only dream, heh.

It's the final *coughs* TRILOGY *coughs*

After over 20 years of waiting it will finally be time to finish the series I started all this time ago.

To do it in story-chronological order:

3 Stars - LP - LP2 - LP3 - LF1 - LF2 - LF3 - Fortress of Hell (yes Sacjdil is relevant to the story ^^) - LS1 - LS2 - LS3
