If anyone has a problem with spells duplicating after gaining an Ultima technic, the newest game download fixes that. Lexus just acquired her first Ultima skill and there was no duplication.
Let's see if Luke and Piper's Technic duplication goes away after either of them gains another Ultima.
EDIT: Luke gained another Ultima and the Spell listing issue disappeared. I am sure the same will be true of Piper when she gets another Ultima.
