Omg how did you like Dranor Mansion?
Where the Werewolf was hiding!

Did you end up fighting or did you talk your way out of it?
There was also a person you could revive with a phoenix down if you had one. :)

hey there! Glad you're enjoying it!

If you check through your veteran options more will open up!

i think at lvl 40 he gets another wave of skills to learn.

Bob is a solo goblin for this adventure- no party. just you!

I hope you're taking advantage of all the different things you can do :)

I finished the game in about 17 hours but I know I missed a TON of stuff. Didn't have all my items leveled up and missing a lot of quests. But this game is a very replayable game!!! Loved it! +::YAY

So again, did we kill the werewolf or avoid the fight?

I'd encourage you to try the game from beginning and go into the desert and get your mining/crafting 8+ and wear all Jeweled gear. Raises all your attributes a ton so you can find hidden dialogues :)

and the augment abilities are amazing to utilize

I finished the game. It took a bit of time to warm up to the game. I stuck with it because of my favorable experiences with prior Wolfs Moon games and also because of GrannyC's comments. There were a ton of Side Quests, many of which I didn't discover until I was well into the main story. I would definitely recommend the game but I would advise players to focus a lot on developing Appearance, Charisma and Luck early on. And each time you gain a few points in each, make another sweep through the White Bridge buildings and castle. I was already minutes away from end game before finding out Princess Yuka would give me a quest. I loaded up a much earlier save and realized I could have done that quest very early in the game. Also, as others have stated, it would have been nice if there were some kind of a quest reminder, even if just a scroll that said 'Varock Duskbringer wants a copy of Life and Death from the church.'

Some dungeons could benefit from a longer respawn pause. I did a LOT of grinding in Sandtropolis. When I started, I could only dart in, battle the Skeleton horde, and quickly get out. After a few levels I was able to dart in, defeat the Skeletons, then defeat the Sand Wyrm and quickly get out. There were times that I'd defeat the Sand Wyrm, only to be immediately accosted by the respawned Skeletons, barely defeating them again just to be immediately confronted by the respawned Sand Wyrm and it was a difficult cycle to get out of.

My playtime was 70 hours, but a lot of that was spend grinding, fishing to Lvl 9, mining to Lvl 9, alchemy to Lvl 9, and crafting to Lvl 9. Bob did reach the maximum Lvl 100. I had reached these levels prior to making my decision Mother Mary or Odeluke. When I stopped grinding and resumed actual playing, that's when I saw the real difference those high attributes (Strength, Intelligence, Dexterity, Appearance, Charisma, Luck) played in creating dialogue options with mini-bosses.

I'll definitely do a replay of this game. I'd like to see if all mini-boss battles can be avoided given the correct attributes. I'll focus more on revisiting NPC's to gather quests more quickly. As I said, some quests I only discovered late game and the rewards were already fairly inconsequential given Bob's gear by that time.

If anyone is interested, my final gear was Soul Stealer (for HP and MP absorption), Shield of the Heavens (all around stat increase), Thinking Cap (50% Exp and VE increase), Fungi Tunic (HP regeneration), Ring of the Heavens (all around stat increase), Ancient Dragon Ring (status and magic resistance), Golden Egg (doubles Exp and VE), Ogre Gauntlets and Golden Greaves. Nothing stood in my way.

I did choose Mother Mary over Odeluke. I made my end game choice to see how it played out (won't spoil it here), had a save just before having to make that choice, reloaded a few times to see how the other choices played out, decided my first choice was definitely the best one.

I'm glad I stuck with the game long enough for me to become stuck on the game. +::biggrin

Hey lady I'm seriously glad that you decided to stick it out and finish it.
I guarantee you your second playthrough will have you shocked at how much stuff there is out there and how many bonus items you can find.
Here's a spoiler for everyone.
Do you recall the scene we are going to find a particular relic for the church and they send some people to ambush you? Well if your charisma is high you can actually receive a Stone of Jordan from the cleric and then on your way out Mordecai blocks your path and he can give you up to six potential items one for every single stat that is above 30.

And yes you can literally avoid every boss fight by having high charisma which is what I was telling you guys is this really isn't a game about combat but instead a little bit more about thinking and planning and figuring out alternative solutions.
There are so many different areas that can be completed with different attributes.

I have a Stone of Jordan, but I'm sure I found it in the Pyramid. I don't recall that scene, but I'll be sure to look for it in my next playthrough. :)

maybe check the tables at freewind farm.

and i dont remember the order of everything for the golden egg- i know there's a quite a few miniature trades you have to do.
what item are you holding onto?
if she doesn't want the basket yet, you might not even have it in your key items

Oh I do have it I checked on it and I have just the basket cause I traded for the horn already and got the basket
so what does one do to be abl to give it to mira? The rooster on the goblins farm already said "Be on the lookout for
some magical seeds.

This is based upon info given previously in this thread by Crawfors and my own recent replay (still in early stages)

Quick Path to Golden Egg Quest
Find Magical Acorn in Log (Eastern section of your Farm); Trade Magical Acorn with Gwyneth (Squirrel in Freewind Farm just south of Bob's Farm) for Magical Horn; Trade Magical Horn with Meredith (by well in Zanzibar, Desert town east of White Bridge) for Eye of Truth; Trade Eye of Truth with The Dark Rose (at bar in Kalma, pass through the Swamp to get to Kalma) for a Basket of Death; Trade Basket of Death with Amira in Davenport Inn (town south of White Bridge just before bridge) for Seeds of Sarya; Trade Seeds of Sarya with Kama (Rooster in your Farm) for Golden Egg.

If you can't find the Magical Acorn in the Log, try increasing your Luck. If Amira won't talk to you long enough to realize you have the Basket of Death, try increasing your Charisma. (Note that for some reason, changing your equipment to that with higher Charisma won't be recognized inside the Inn. Go outside, re-equip, enter the Davenport Inn and try talking to her again.)

Well I haven't said any thing lately but I have been following along and copying down all of your tips so when I get ready to replay aybe I won't miss so much. It is a really fun game. I haven't enjoyed one this much since Laxious power and Quest for Glory by the Coles.
By the way did you know when they left the company they were working for they went independent and wrote " HeroU: Rogue to Redemption"? It is a pretty good game of thinking like this one. The main difference is that time keeps moving right along day to night to day and you do have to sleep occasionally. It is also very replayable.
I really like games where you have to think, that are not too dark, that your hands don't have to be fast and that give you time to think.
I also agree with the lady that the dudes in the desert respawn much too fast. I got trapped like her early on and had to go back to an earlier save.
