For each game you purchase, a confirmation email is sent to your email box, with all the details including the activation key.

Does this mean we can re-activate it (following those instructions) on a new machine after we download it again?

Greetings to all
My question is about Ashes of inmortality. I try to download the game but can't do it. My antivirus system protector indicate me that the aoi.exe file is a threat to my pc and remove it. What can I do, please help me. I want to buy the game but with that problem don't want to try. Thanks, all your games are awesome.

Thanks for the nice comment!
This is probably a false positive. What's your AV?

Hi Indinera
Thanks 4 your promptly answer about Ashes of Inmortality. I don't know what is AV (Is you talk about antivirus?, is Norton.) Thanks again and have a pretty day.

Norton is notorious for flagging as suspicious plenty of legit program. Ashes should be one of them, considering many people have finished the game. You may want to turn off your AV momentarily to install the game, or send a query about it to Symantec (makers of Norton).
