This looks like a cool goodie, but I have a question: what happens to the game when you use this and hit one of the regular encounter scenes for a "new" party member? Do they "join" again?

I don't remember exactly, but I believe all is calculated to work smoothly.

I have Vista. I have located the AppData folder however there is no roaming/3stars...purchased the game from bigfishgames.com...any helpful hints?

I have this game on a previous computer and the save files are in the same directory or sub directory of my game for me anyways.

Sometimes for whatever reason Vista did not create an appdata in the roaming directory.

Check both the directory and sub directories of the 3 Stars of Destiny game and see if it is there because for me that is where my appdata save files were stored for that game. It is not a problem with the game itself but an annoying Vista situation.
