Is killing the giant lobster thing a "must do"

Where is he? I don't remember, which probably means it's not that important (ie. like if he were a character you had to kill in order to get a key, or a piece of equipment).

Personally, I always like to clean a dungeon out before I move on. You never know what you might get from it (items, experience, $), and sometimes it is critical in the plot, and then you can't return. Also, if you're having trouble killing something, then that could mean that you aren't leveled up enough, which will be a problem for you shortly.

The lobster thingy isn't neccesary no though if you are like me you will want to kill it anyway lol

If you are heading for Rilla you need to keep heading southwards in general
