Raflesia Berries

I had them and I fear I ate them for their health benefits. Is there any other way to get them other than killing the red thing in the swamp? Like Spark finding themz? Thanks!

I do not think you can get the berries anywhere else, I think the first time I played I ate the spinache maybe the berries too.
