malufus oracle

i am in the maze and i open a chest and malufus oracle appeard. it is more than hour and half i fight him. luci paralayed him and croyol just fight. he cant fight back and does not dead.
i dont want to play like stupid since nothing work on him as if he never die. (ozur was peace of cake)...
any suggestion?
AND for some reason when Luci hits him the color is alwayes green. does it mean than i cure him? may be that is why the fight to hours?
