weird thing on island

after you go through sea shore and in to the boat you go to an island : ''Gorgeous beach '', on the northern part there is a cristal with something like a staff on it when i touch it Random says : ''Hmpf...I cannot move it !... Not a chance in hell any of you manage to do it if I can't !'' then Baretta says that it looks like a relic then whenever i touch it again Random says that he can't move it . Can somebody help me about it cause it's been buging me
