before sewers

hi folks. i am in rillia and have completed peaks of hearoes,atlas cave (except for that final chest!!!), i've cured the sore throat and got the sanctum flames. i only have three fairy's, don't have my house, or an offer for one, and i can't find the golden pyramid(Ifound the fake ones though). i know how to get to choupie, through the sewers and to the final eye, but doesn't that thrust me into the outer world, and that's done with rillia? i can't get baretta back until i hit the sewers, and none of my other characters have the teleport ability to at least get the rest of the fairy's, so what to i do? i've been through the forum more than once, but i'm stuck. what can i do before i go back into witchwoods? thanks
