Thanks for all the help.

I am embarrased to admit this this, but, with all the walking around, talking with characters, and entering buildings I NEVER saw the hooded man...........

The Dragon Quest is offered if you equip the Luck Ring and/or Hat of Persuasion, although you can't do that one before the main quest, the dragons are too hard to beat.

I've noticed also that if you equip the luck ring/hat of persuasion the box guild master will craft more items!!

I remember the first time time i played i got four items but 2nd time i got different 1 different item i got a cloak of sorts I thought it was because i had Beretta with me and didn't the first time.

Clemance is the Tax collecter. He lives in a house near the assassin's Guild. The one where there is a maid when you first walk in.

If you talk to him before you get the quest from the Harpoe...you have to kill him
If you don't talk to him before you get the quest, you just have to steal the tax reports

rescue prisoner comes from the guy in the hood down where you went to talk to the girl looking for the ribbon only go the opposite side and go down you should see a man in a hood.
You will get the kill clemence after recue the prisoner
The relics I think you have to do after the main quest cuz you will not have enough at this piont.

I got the quest for the ribbon, solved, the prisioner I got the quest but I can't find a way to do it, I don't know where he is or where to go to release him. I paid 500g to the fighters guil and got the quest for the Imp.
I didn't got a quest to kill Clemence.

You will get the kill clemence quest when you resque the prioner and the go the thief guild.
But you need to explore the fighters guild to serch for a hidden door to find the prisioner. check all the statues in the room with old man looking for relics.

I went to the Beach of Rillia, got the Ghost.
I am kind of a lost, where should I go first, Atlas Cave, Lamia Village or Peak of Heroes.

Any advice will be welcome
