kill clemence quest

I've done everything in SankTLeone except this and I can't find the person who gives me this quest.

stay to the right of the town; keep going south. you will first see a boy who asks who is that guy there?

there is a narrow path (south) between the buildings; you will see a hooded/caped guy who will give you a quest. Once you finish his quest you will enter (at another location in town) for another guild. the harpie will give you the kill clemence quest.
