Levels

I have started over multiple times. When I found out I missed something, I started over. I have lost count as to how many. Each time I started over I got faster at the levels, as I result my levels are not very high. I have finished Peak of Heroes. I have all the Orbs. I have been to Atlas Cave, but have not finished. I have found the flame. I have not found the grave. I don't even know where the tears you are suppose to sprinkle on the grave are. Random is level 49, Sarah is level 49, Luci is level 50 and Guanidia is level 46. I am debating on whether to wonder around more in Atlas Cave or to finish Witch Woods. I have done everything except kill the vamp and free the animals. Another thing, am I messing up?, I like to use the same characters so some of the others are not leveled up. I have been to Malufus I made it to the heart but I was having problems so I saved it and started over because I believed I didn't have a strong enough team. It is the only other saved game I have. What I am saying is, you can do this with lower levels. I just don't know what I should do now. I don't really want to miss something I need to do again.
