Please help can't get out of the sewers

I have both of the switches turned on and still I can't get out of the sewer. Please help trying to to get out .

the exit is on the second screen, the part to the bottom right

I have tried everything to find the way out. which second screen up, down, to the left or to the right I can't find it? What does it sit near? Getting frustrated
