getting through snow field

[b]Back in June, SuperGranny told me in order to get the shovel in the snowland, was 5 back across the bridge(which she never said) and talk to the man and he will give you the shovel.Well, I have gone back and back and forward.Can someone please advise how to find the shovel so Random can interact and get the LAVA flowing so I can contiinue forward? Would appreciate an answer as I would like to finish this game? Brain162 8

Have you clicked on the Lava and gotten Random to say he has an idea yet?

Also, the man you're looking for is up on that map and one map to the right. He's the only guy on that screen, you can't miss him.

You have to try to go through the lava first to triger a conversation about a shovel, then go back to the man

PS: When you get to the lava passage, hit your space bar to triger the conversation.
