i think i have a thing for ghosts, i have tried perception all over the place. can not figure out where to use it to get ghost where eye is , help +::sos

The ghost is in catacombs library

That is to say, in the catacombs under the library (in the hall that leads to the Final Eye).

okey dokey, went back and hit perception in the hallway, but nothing does barretta have to be on a certain level?

I believe so. The efficiency of the Perception spell increases as Baretta gains levels, and since the ghost is a rather powerful enemy, it seems likely that Baretta has to be at a fairly high level to be able to trigger the encounter.
