i think i have a thing for ghosts, i have tried perception all over the place. can not figure out where to use it to get ghost where eye is , help

The ghost is in catacombs library

That is to say, in the catacombs under the library (in the hall that leads to the Final Eye).

I believe so. The efficiency of the Perception spell increases as Baretta gains levels, and since the ghost is a rather powerful enemy, it seems likely that Baretta has to be at a fairly high level to be able to trigger the encounter.

Well... I don't know. It should be somewhere between level 30 and level 60, but I don't know the exact number.
