After "finishing," where can you go?

Obv. you can go to Sankt Leona, Rillia, and Mt. Zulle--but I can't figure out how to get to Marshlands, etc. Help.

Just go back to Santa Leone and go north through the snowy lands and then through Zen back to the second Lamia Village and then to the Marshlands. Then you can go north again to the first Lamia Village and through it north to the area where you jumped down the waterfall. Long trip, but there's more to find there, but only after you've finished the main quest. Have fun!!
