Dark Intentions Weapon

I believe I made a huge mistake. I equipped Luci with Dark Intentions. Then I saved. Now I cannot unequip her of this weapon. The biggest mistake I made was saving over my most recent save file. Is there any way to unequip this weapon short of going back to a much earlier save.
Nevermind - I found the answer in the post about the Doom equipment.

To be honest, I don't remember. I think in the Hall of Madness, but it might have been in the Witchwoods. Its heck getting old, my memory just isn't as good.

It's a random drop by the Tiamat in the Outer World before you get to the Hall of Madness.

I have no memory. Just lists, lots and lots of lists. I write everything down but usually only I can understand it.
