jack's skills

Hi -- I've been doing pretty well lately, but now I've hit a snag, I think. I've found several locked chests and Jack tries to open them but can't. The window says that he needs more skills with lockpicking. How does he get these skills? Thanks for the help. Gram

by the sound of it you're playing Aveyond 2 or Ahriman's Prophecy, in which case you would be better off to direct your questions to www.amaranthia.com . Other than that you either need the magic lockpick or to just keep trying until he gets it.

He needs more skill. You can come back or what I did was just stayed there and tried time after time until he opened it. Need to post questions to the right forum.
