The egg is in the colyseum using spark during a fight.
The sunshine cream is in the islands you go to from the map in Rillia (you can buy it from the witch)
The spinach is in the area before falling down the waterfall outside Mt Zulle.
or you can buy it from a witch in witch woods (I didn't find yet if there's a witch city
