I am looking for Choupie (somebody's pet) in the Witch Woods but can't find him. I've followed the pumpkin trail to an old witch that I had to kill. I wandered around on the right side of the woods and found a bad skeleton under a tree that I had to kill. I've found an area that has a column with a ladder but when I go up there it's just an empty space overlooking the horizon with a bright moon. What am I missing here? Could someone give me a hint as to what I need to do? Thanks.

... maybe you could also try NOT to follow the pumpkin trail...

I did that already. I've been all over the place. Found 3 secret rooms. Found two places with fairies. One fairy asked me what I wanted and then gave it to me. The second fairy in a different location surrounded by water simply implied that I was brave for going to her because there was something evil lurking in the waters. But I've been around the waters and haven't triggered anything. The only thing I'm finding now are random encounters. Help me out here please.

Well, lucky me, I finally stumbled into an area I hadn't been before. Look's like the witch's camp. I've gone through the witch's hut and ended up in a room with a cauldron over a fire. I clicked on it but nothing happens. Am I supposed to do something with that cauldron? Can't find the witch and been through the whole area. Gonna go look again though.

Good grief!!! Forget my last post. I had only gone through one door. There are two more to go through. So I'll go take care of business and pay closer attention to what I'm doing. Thanks.

Well, I am still here in the Witch's Woods. I have gone through the three doors, the Manor door being the center door and it was locked. I found the key for that door. However, after exploring the center door area, I found a room with pictures hanging on the wall. One picture in the middle was different so I clicked on it and found myself in a short hallway facing a locked gate. I can't get through that gate and I don't have a key. Am I supposed to find a key, or is there a switch somewhere for this lock?

Oh trying to get my brain to work - there is a key I think...I am just trying to remember where......

Sorry I cannot remember properly, trying to think it through...
You know the room where there was a tables and ghosts - did you go through the door there yet?

I went through one door there, but there's another black locked gate in that room and I haven't been able to go through that one either.

Yes, I remember the spiders. Had to kill all of them. But I can't remember where that was.

Sorry then I can't help - I see Karks is around though so he probably can.

I speed played the game with Indy directing me - do this, do that lol as I was just checking the dialogue which is why my memory bad +::Dunno
