Where is the ROGUE IMP? And also where is the secret door in the Fighter's guild?

The rogue imp is in the snowy lands.
You need to finish that quest first before you get a chance to find the secret door, located in other rooms of the Fighter's Guild.

Did find the rogue and finished the quest, but still can find the secret room on the other side

the secret room could be hidden and you may want to check many items inside

Thanks Indinera appreciated, but don't hate me, found it, but can't remember where the hooded man is? and also stuck at escale nothing going there.

if you entered the escale then you cannot go back in sankt leona (unless much later in the game), it's important you know this.
as for the hooded man, he is bottom left of SL.

At this point it's your choice, cuz SL is full of fun, optional stuff to do.
But if you are interested in moving forward with the main quest, head straight to the bottom/right and talk to the guard by the horse carriers.

I did and then I get stuck at the escale, where nothing is going on
