I can't find the Rouge Imp I know it's in the Snowy Lands but is it a random counter or what can someone please help?

I'm not sure but try up the hill beside where the snow bunny is next to where the rock blocking the way was...I may be wrong though lol

nope, it's a small flying (and stationary) creature visible on the map.

The Imp is on a small elevation near the first bunny after the lava part and the rock you have to melt.
