I noticed when I start a new game that all of my quests from my previous game is there. I want to play over to solve quests I missed like the beretta tomb quests. Am I going to be able to complete these quests? If not how can I?

They shouldn't be there lol but that is weird because I thought the resetting system had been included, I 'll look into it.

If you start over then yes it's like starting fresh, all the quests will be available the same way as if you had never played the game before.
