I'm stuck in the Hotel Cosmopolitan. I need to talk to Colonel Trautman, but I am not able to find him anywhere. There is a door, but I can't open it and I'm not able to find the key. What am I missing?

But what if you dont have Beretta?? I could never get her as she wasnt around when I went to the crypt. Can I still get into the door to find Trautman if I dont have Beretta?

Yes, you can. I still don't have this character on my team and I still managed to get to the top floor of the hotel. On the ground floor....
