How can I defeat the spirit of the manor, he keeps killing me time after time.

Is there some best way to defeat him?

I was about level 45 before I killed it. Sarah's Breeze spell is surprisingly effective. Have random mostly use healing items and throw things that have a chance of disabling it since it counters hits, and use Luci's flare and mind blast spells and maybe Spark's fire.

The problem is I don't have the spark spell, where can I find it or buy is that possible to do that?

I'm on level 44 with Sara and Random too...

No, Sparks the party member. Use his/it's fireball spell.
