i killed uzair and after that i was finding that man who was in crypt but i couldnt find him ? did i miss something and also i couldnt move broken lever too.

The broken lever exists purely to frustrate people. it actually does nothing. the man in the crypt is just an easter egg, but there's a secret room hidden near him.
