Hi, feel like a real numpty for asking but the metro gates are closed and I can't find anyone who can tell me anything/open gates! Please help!

I'm stuck at the same place and on the other way 2 guard bloc the path..

The doctor don't want to receive me, wath did I have to do next?

Just figured it out - you need to speak to the mad scientist guy - the one that stole the hair in the room to the upper left of the metro!
