i cant found last two orb

i dont unstand the on how to get the two last orbs
i am the Ultai not sure what i am dooing there
the 55 mountain repaets wont let me at the top i am so confused on the last two orbs can i get help please

There are several sections to Ultai. Are you on the island of Ultai or on the Cape of Ultai? If you have found the blue fish - he takes you to the island. From there you need to walk east some, and then south. If you look very carefully, you can see a sort of path in the sand. That short path goes to the edge of the water, and when you walk to the water, you will automatically be transported to the cape.
On the cape you will find lots of goodies, incl. an orb.
