ghost in catacombs library

I found the ghost with Baretta perception, and I tried everything to kill it. Team: Random lv73,
Spark lv55, Baretta lv41, Batabog lv60 (with all Nirum equipment - very nice). Also, I found out
that using Totem of Evil is the only thing that can caused him damage, but still He is very
powerful.
