I have gone to the other side of the port, gone to the Southern Shores and round the big island with the blue fish thing and found no pirates. Where are they? Is it something to do with the ladder going into the sea? Does that ladder lead to anything?

there inside a hidden room on one of the sides of the ports its a window ya ave to click
