Gorgeous Island Relic

I'm just curious...has anyone been able to move the relic on the Gorgeous Island (you go there when you take the boat at the shores from Xen). Random tries to move it, but can't, and says something like, "Let's mark it on our map and remember to come back in a few years." I just tried again with Random at 1095 strength. Will update if/when I move it!
