Manor Help

Ok. So, I have been trying to find the Lucrecia Key for days now. I have followed all the walkthroughs for WitchWoods/Manor but I still haven't found it. The only keys I have found are the Manor Key and the key that gets you into the manor to begin with. I know that the Lucrecia Key is needed for the room behind the portrait and that is where I am stuck. Every time I go to the gate, the screen shakes and nothing happens. Please help....going crazy...

nevermind....I feel like an idiot.....i didn't see that really faint crack
