i am in the outer worlds? at the first save point. have 3 doors and cant figure out how to open them. can i get some help please?

You are never able to open these doors, they're just a distraction.

To leave the Outer Worlds, make sure you have have visited ALL the areas. You'll then find someone who can help you.
