Have been up on peak of heroes 3 times; beat golden griffin; went again; can't find last fairy. Others have talked about she is at the summit of heroes. Is this the same place or is there another place?

Have you already done the main quest? Some of the fairies only show up after the main quest.

I'm at level 99 for sarah, random & luciana. my remaining quests are 3 dragons, nirum equip, recipes and fairies. my main quest is 3 dragons; i can't finish the equip and recipe.

So far where are the other places yo have found the other fairies?

Got fairy at so shore, colsy, witch woods for sure.

Thought i got one in mt zulle but i'll check again, but i am sure i haven't seen one at the top of the peak of heroes. is the peak of heroes definite spot for a fairy?

Yes there is one at Mt Zulle
one at the Desert not the shore
one at the summit of heros
one at the swamp in front of funny tree
one at the collisium in Rillia
one between the millipuffs and the first marsh town
There is no fairy in witchwood.

Is the Summit of Heroes the same as the Peak of Heroes?

Ya it's the same. I hope you got that one and just forgot you got it that way you can finish your quest. Try the other areas just make sure then you'll know for sure your missing one.

The fairy was there for me 1st time I got to the summit of heroes, just after the bunny save point and before you get to Lady Clayens.
