where is the bookspell for RISE MORTALS?

The seed pendant artifact is in the swamp somewhere.

I don't know the book's location off the top of my head, sorry.

I'm thinking it's toward the rightmost part of the swamp. I don't remember exactly, sorry. But it's in a chest, and not in a secret room. I wanna say it's on the same screen as the weather circle, but I could be wrong about that.

It 's a little above one of the flowers of the botanist's quest! There are also some peaches nearby.

I found the book in Witch Wood inside the mansion. Its secret room 34

I'm replaying the game and I finally found it.

It's not a spellbook, but a small light, inside Secret Room # 36, you gotta have LUci in the party, then she learns Rise Mortals.
