can i go back to mt zulle?

after i finish the outer world and go back to rillia can i go back to mt zulle to buy music box or to pick up the spinach i didt pick up before jumping through the water fall?

You can go back to Mount Zulle to get the quiet music box once you have found the Phoenix. Buy plenty as each unsuccesful attempt costs you a box. I dont think you can get the spinach. If you can I would like to know how as I missed it first time around.
The quiet music box is in the item shop in Mount Zulle

as i remember the spinach was able to pick up in the upper right place just before you jump into the water fall running from the annoying guards. when i played the second time (did not finish the first time) i forgot about it.
