I seem to be lost I am in the Uzair Catacombs with Baretta. After searching everywhere there, I am at a loss as to what to do. I found two switches. Have turned one on, the other says Unable to Budge. What do I do next? Have been working on this one for last two days. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Go back up to the part that the 2 locked gates you have opened on with the switch look for the gargoil thing with a green question mark click on it and it will give you a clue.
