Need EYE contact

Dear Mystsong -

I give up, i have been wandering around for the second switch, going completely insane...I even stopped playing and went back to E.Eden and then Laxius 1, please, please, pulleeeeze tell me where that second switch is so I can continue on with my meager life. . . was that melodramatic enough???
Seriously, i have looked everywhere, i want a spoiler at this point.

is it the switch hidden in the middle of 3 columns?

I got the switch in the sewers where that other blue switch is that doesn't move, I am looking for the 2nd one that needs to be switched. I believe I've got the place figured out where the Eye is, down the long ladder area that goes to the room next to Luci's bedroom area in the library, am I correct on that?
but I don't know where that other switch is, i've been walking in circles for days...

once down the ladder, just keep going down and explore that small area.
