nirum boots - fairy in rillia

someone said that a fairy is selling nirum boots in Marlon HQ in rillia and it is honest shop as well.
i went there several times equiped lisa with all the 4 nirum set but the fairy does not show up. should i do something first?

you buy helmet from little boy...
then step like 500-1000 steps and come back, and in place of boy fairy appears^^

thank you. i new that i should buy the child helmut but i thoght it was a teaser... lol

well the helmet is ok if you ask me...
i usually walked with random having hat of persuasion and wonder orb(or how is it called with which u can detect other orbs) when i was playing for first time^^
