Scratch my last post; Ozur keeps moidering me. I figured out how to activate Laxis Power which makes them sustain a few more hits but that stupid Box of Curses spell keeps throwing me off if a direct hit doesn't.

I have a feeling there's something similar I have to do that I'm missing here that doesn't rely on a specific spell or weapon. How do I stop Ozur from pulverizing my party?

Use paralyze and don't have any weapons that have Counter Hits. After he is paralyzed you should be able to hit him with enough spells to kill him. Make sure to watch for the paralyze to wear off so you can recast it

That was one looooong battle. Anyone who's prone to getting bored with conference calls-- that's when to play this one out!

I put up with the big lugnut killing us off once, and after that first time, if you have much tenacity, which by the way is a great attribute for any hero to have, you will persevere. . .I just happened to make sure I had 99 Revive Potions, plus where and when ever I got Revive Potions with "All" on them that I saved them up for the major battle in the end. Once the Laxius Force Energy clicks in, Ozur gets really pissed off that these kids don't die and stay dead!!! My problem was Random's Power Bolt not being available to be used because of the box of spells which, if you alternate Random reviving Sarah in the next position next to him and have Sarah top off his HP or use the Condition Stone on him, he usually will be able to use his Power Bolt which is Power 446/Thunder (his trademark element) that hit takes over 2000 HP off of Ozur and have Luci use her MegaFreeze which I found took off over 2000 HP also from Ozur, between that and straight attacks and Reviving, over and over you cannot lose. My final battle with Ozur took over 2 hours and the levels of everyone were 75 and up!!! What a great battle even w/the monotony. lol - vodunlady

Unfortunately I'd already run out of those! The paralyze trick worked well though, although the battle took soooo long. My characters were only around Level 50-51 or so.
