I have touched the eye. got out of the white room and have explored every inch of the outer world. I can't find this flying frog everyone is talking about anywhere.
What do I do now? How do I get out or go forward??

The flying frog will appear when you've thoroughly explored all of the areas. I think it took me about three times around the maze (checking every nook and cranny) before the little guy showed up.
