at what level can i kill Uzair?

I'm inside the tomb of marshland of xen.my characters are at this level-
Random-22
sarah-21
guanidia-22
barreta-20

i cant finish off Uzair and all my healing potions have depleted .what level do i need to beat this creture? and which is the best place to level up?
the sad part is that i dont have any potion or something that can revive my characters during fights.that is making my chances of winning to almost zero.

playing on normal mode?
with 0 potion it's gonna be a toughie... either drop the idea of getting baretta, or level up to lv30.

If you are careful and well trained Sarah will be able to heal your characters w/o them risking to die.

i'm playing in the hard mode for some challenge.i have restarted it from where i finished after the trials.this time i'm going to level them up till level 30 and then go off for baretta's quest.but which is the best place to level up for some good xp gain?
