What have you chosen?

  • 9999 HP/MP
  • + 2LV
  • enchanting

and what effect does it have?

I don't remember what enchanting did, but I think the +2 levels is more useful in the long run

Enchantment invokes "Incarnat Aura" on all party members. But damned if I know what that is. +::surrender

I am just restarting again after a false start last year and the fairy of the lake only offered +1 Lvl in this version. I think I would have taken that choice if it were +2 Lvls.

After 3 stars, I'll most likely play LF1-3 and bypass LP 1-3. It sure is a hoot reconnecting with the game's characters. +::clap

EDIT: Whatever "Incarnat Aura" does, it is only a temporary party spell. Unless you really need to refill your HP/MP, I would suggest the +1 Lvl for anyone replaying this game after all these years.

Minor necro, but hey.
Incarnat Aura increases your sp by 25% and your INT by 18%. It has a chance to expire every turn, but it isn't set in stone. In theory it could last forever.

There's really no reason to not just take the level, though.
