break window to get to batabog

someone put an entry that i can't find anymore. they said nyou had to break a window on the left port in rillia and after you did that you can go to the port on the right side and get batabog, can someone please tell me where this window is. i looked all around the port but didn't see any to break out.

when kevin takes u to the port
exit - pick the option "go to the other side of the port"
once there, look for windows on the immediate right

Have you seen the blue arrow... youre supposed to enter that window to get Batabog's Axe... In order for him to join your party...
