Can't use Sparks figthing strategy,he's at level 21 but when I try to use it it doesn't work.
How can I make it work?Also Talk doesn't work

I have no idea what you mean by "does not work"... both skills are very simple.

when I try to use figthing strategy,nothing happens,so I can't use it.
I only can use fireball and blinding all

it is to be use outside of fights, not during a fight.

Didn't realise that you have to use it outside of fights.
