Chronologically Confused About Guandidia

If 3 Stars is a prequel to the Laxius Power trilogy...wouldn't Guanidia be a slime and not a chameleon? He didn't become a morph slime, then chameleon, til LP2. Heh he was so cute as a slime. ("I love playing in the bath!") Still cute as a talking lizard but I like the way the slimes are animated, its cute. But still chronologically confusing.

This is because Guanidia never was a slime in the original story (novel).
At the time of LP1, my knowledge of this stuff was limited and with the lack of a reptile, I used a slime as replacement.
"4 Stars of Destiny", the novel, tells the true story of LP.
