Chapter 4 - Can't find the Snow Spirit

The walkthrough says that the Snow Spirit should appear just outside Adretana Gates. (Quest 130)

So far I have not been able to find anything. Have I missed something?

You don't find him. He finds you. Just go outside the gates where the anaconda is usually wandering around and walk around. He will find you.
